Exchange Policy

At Baby Hippo, we want you to have a worry-free shopping experience. If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

Term and Conditions

  • You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request an exchange. In the case of shoes, the period for exchanges is 15 days.

  • Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or washing, and retain their original packaging, as well as any manuals or accessories included.

  • Changes are not allowed in the following cases:

  1. Books, underwear (including swimsuits) and hygiene items.

  2. Customized products, except for errors or defects.

How to Request a Change

  1. Place a new order for the product you need and include a note stating: "Size change for BH order no. [your order number]."

  2. The courier will collect the product to be returned at the time of delivery of the new item.

Exchange cost

The cost of the original product collection service is €4.95, which will be deducted from the refund corresponding to the returned item.
Once the product arrives at our facilities and we confirm that it meets the conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product has a defect or damage:

  1. Write to us at babyhippo.alhaurin1@gmail.com within a maximum of 3 days after receiving it.

  2. Please attach clear images of the defect or damage.

In this case, we will process the exchange free of charge and cover the shipping costs.
